Description
Forged in the shadow of the Ninth Eclipse, The Sorrow Benediction was once worn by the penitent emissary Vor Caldus, whose oath bound her to seek out her brethrens misdeeds. Each crimson bead marks a vow unbroken; each black, a sin unspoken. The cross, the sigil of the Withered Creed, is a symbol of the burden of penance needing to be paid.
It is said to burn cold against the skin of the unworthy. To wear it is to carry the weight of absolution—and the whisper of a curse that never died.
